Limo City - Terms & Conditions

Entered into between LIMOCITY (herein referred to as the “company) and the client.

  • BOOKINGS:
    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable per booking
    • Balance payable 7 (seven) days prior to the event
    • A 10% (ten percent) charge will be imposed should any changes be made to a booking (i.e. time, address etc ) within 48 hours before the event
    • No refunds will be made if a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the limousine being delivered
    • Our refund policy is at the discretion of management who will take all relevant circumstances into account. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • Bookings should be filled in correctly with full details.
  • GENERAL:
    • The company cannot be held responsible for any loss caused by damage, theft, fire or any other cause whatsoever to a client’s personal property
    • The company cannot be held responsible for any items left behind in the vehicle
    • Should any unforeseen circumstances result in preventing our timeous arrival or departure, the company will where possible allow the client additional time in the vehicle
    • In the case of an accident or break down or any other circumstances which will result in us not being able to fulfil our obligations a suitable refund will be decided on by mutual consideration. We will at all times endeavour to meet our clients’ needs
    • Smoking is not permitted inside of the limousine
    • Clients are not allowed to stand through the roof
    • Clients will be held liable for any damage caused by them to the vehicle or its contents. Any damaged caused by a client will in any case result in a minimum charge of R1000.00
    • The chauffeur is only allowed to perform the duties he/she was hired to do and what has been arranged at the time of the booking
    • All bookings include fuel, mileage and chauffeur as well as additional fees such as parking, toll fees and entrance fees
    • A friendly reminder to all our valued clients: Please be mindful of the chauffeur in respect of meals and refreshments – especially on long consecutive bookings
    • The chauffeur will always appreciate a gratuity
